What will the Finance Business Partner role involve? Producing monthly management accounts and supporting month-end reporting activities Partnering with budget holders and operational managers to improve financial understanding and ownership across the organisation Delivering detailed financial analysis, forecasts and performance reporting to support strategic and operational decision-making Developing and enhancing KPI reporting, dashboards and management information packs Analysing performance across multiple service areas to identify efficiencies and support continuous improvement initiatives Supporting annual budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes Providing training and guidance to non-finance stakeholders to improve financial awareness throughout the organisation Suitable Candidate for the Finance Business Partner vacancy: Experienced finance professional with a strong background in management accounting, financial analysis and business partnering Able to build credible and effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels of an organisation Commercially aware with strong analytical and problem-solving skills Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, complex formulas, lookups and data analysis techniques Experience of developing reporting tools, KPIs and financial insight to support business performance Previous exposure to Power BI or similar reporting tools would be advantageous Additional benefits and information: Opportunity to join a respected organisation with a strong community focus and clear social purpose Broad and commercially focused finance business partnering position with significant stakeholder exposure Salary dependent on experience CMA Recruitment Group is acting as a recruitment agency in relation to this role.
