With a cutting-edge offering the business is expanding rapidly and seeking a strategically minded Talent Partner to drive recruitment, succession planning and early careers development. This is a newly created and highly visible role with scope to shape talent strategy and support scale-up across international offices.\\n\\nWhat will the Talent Partner role involve?\\n\\nLead full-cycle recruitment across technical and business functions, ensuring a best-in-class hiring experience.\\nDevelop proactive sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill and high-value roles, working closely with hiring managers.\\nBuild and maintain a strong employer brand through job boards, social media, and industry networking.\\nConsult with international offices to adapt hiring processes that support timely delivery, while respecting regional variations.\\nIdentify key roles and create robust succession plans in partnership with senior leadership.\\nDevelop career pathways and progression plans to retain and develop high-potential internal talent.\\nDesign and manage early careers programmes including graduate schemes and university partnerships.\\nSuitable candidate for the Talent Partner vacancy:\\n\\nExperience leading end-to-end recruitment in-house, ideally technical engineering sectors.\\nProven ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage hiring expectations across multiple regions.\\nStrong track record in designing and implementing succession plans and development strategies.\\nExperience building early careers programmes, from design through to delivery and evaluation.\\nFamiliarity with modern employer branding techniques and recruitment marketing.\\nInternational exposure and ability to adapt hiring approaches across global teams.\\nEducated to degree level or equivalent, with evidence of ongoing professional development.\\nAdditional benefits and information for the role of Talent Partner:\\n\\nHigh-visibility role with the opportunity to influence talent strategy across a growing international organisation.\\nSupportive and ambitious environment, committed to innovation and continuous improvement.\\nCompetitive salary, strong benefits and genuine career progression opportunities in line with business expansion.\\nThe Talent Partner position is newly created to support continued scale-up and strengthen internal capability across recruitment, talent development and succession planning.\\nCMA Recruitment Group is acting as a recruitment agency in relation to this role.
