A professional organisation based in Southampton, Hampshire are looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Advisor to join their HR team on a permanent basis.\\n\\nThis fantastic opportunity has become available due to the growth of the business and would suit a highly organised and pro-active recruiter to provide end-to-end recruitment support. \\n\\nWhat will the role Senior Recruitment Advisor involve?\\n\\nManage vacancies and monitor incoming applications via the applicant tracking system  \\nMeet with and build quality relationships with internal and external\\nLiaise with hiring managers to review job descriptions and requirements\\nCreate and publish job adverts\\nSource, screen and shortlist candidates, attending recruitment events when required to expand the network of applicants\\nManage employment offers to successful candidates\\nSuitable Candidate for Senior Recruitment Advisor:\\n\\nExperience of working in a previous recruitment role\\nComfortable working with applicant tracking systems\\nTeam orientated, highly organised and happy to work in a fast paced environment\\nAdditional benefits and information for Senior Recruitment Advisor: \\n\\nDiscretionary bonus scheme\\nPrivate medical insurance\\nGenerous holiday allowance\\nHybrid working\\nCMA Recruitment Group is acting as a recruitment agency in relation to this role.
