Job Description Are you an experienced finance leader looking for the opportunity to shape financial performance across a major operational division? What will the Head of Finance role involve? Lead the production and delivery of monthly management accounts, forecasts and financial reporting across a significant operational division. Business partner with directors and senior budget holders, providing financial insight and challenge to support decision-making. Manage a team of 3 direct reports and a wider team of indirect reports, driving performance, development and succession planning. Oversee budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes, ensuring accurate and timely delivery. Present financial results, commentary and recommendations to senior leadership teams and key stakeholders. Support service charge-related finance activities and ensure robust financial oversight across the function. Develop meaningful reporting and analysis, using tools such as Power BI to improve visibility and decision support. Suitable Candidate for the Head of Finance role Qualified with strong management accounting and business partnering background. Whilst previous housing association or property management experience is highly preferred, candidates without this background will be considered if they have strong team leadership and stakeholder management skills, confidence in Power BI and are comfortable presenting management accounts at SLT meetings.
