This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded finance professional who enjoys being close to the business and wants to play a key role in shaping the next phase of growth.
What will the Finance Controller role involve?
- Owning the day-to-day finance function for the business, ensuring accurate and timely financial information
- Producing and improving monthly management accounts, MI and board level reporting
- Managing cash flow forecasting and working capital in a growing, fast-moving environment
- Acting as the main point of contact for external accountants, taking greater ownership of year-end processes
- Reviewing and improving finance processes and controls as the business scales
- Partnering closely with the Directors, providing insight and challenge to support decision making
