What will the Senior Credit Control role involve?
- Managing customer accounts and maintaining a high standard of accuracy in credit management and collections
- Developing relationships with key clients to ensure timely payments and resolve queries efficiently
- Overseeing receivable ledger processes, including cash allocation and reconciliation
- Conducting credit assessments and supporting credit insurance renewals
- Collaborating across teams to refine credit control processes, leading to greater efficiency and consistency
