What will the Payroll & Accounts Officer role involve?
- Managing the end-to-end payroll processes for 125 employees across multiple group entities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legislation.
- Administering payroll-related data, including employee onboarding, leavers, and changes, while reconciling payroll accounts.
- Facilitating payroll compliance activities, such as PAYE, pensions, benefits, and P11Ds, with oversight of payments and BACS processing.
- Coordinating payroll operations for international subsidiaries through local payroll providers.
- Supporting transactional finance activities outside of the payroll cycle, aiming to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
Suitable Candidate for the Payroll & Accounts Officer vacancy:
- Strong experience in payroll administration within a multi-entity environment, ideally within distribution or manufacturing sectors.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
