CMA Recruitment Group is assisting a well-established, Newbury-based client, with the recruitment of a Payroller for their growing business.
What will the Payroller role involve?
- Accurate and timely processing of the monthly payroll function (end-to-end) ensuring all deadlines are adhered to.
- Ensure all payroll actions are compliant with relevant legislation and contractual obligations.
- Main point of contact for employees and managers with regards to payroll queries and company policies.
- Payroll reconciliations, calculating benefits and producing P11d’s & PSAs for reporting to HMRC.
- Support the Finance Team with payroll reporting requirements.
- Auto Enrolment enquiries/setting up Auto Enrolment pension schemes.
- Gathering and sharing data for internal and external auditors.
- Performing manual calculations.
