CMA is currently working with outstanding organisation who are leading the way within their industry sector and now have multiple sites nationwide.  Due to expansion, they are currently seeking their next payroll superstar in the form of a Payroll Specialist to support the existing team with various payrolls across multiple sites.  Based at their Head Office in Southampton, you will be joining a supportive team working alongside colleagues within the payroll function.  The role will be hybrid with a combination of home and office based working subject to completion of training period.  Onsite parking will be available. What will the Payroll Assistant role involve? Collecting and entering data within the payroll system for new starters and leavers. Support with processing weekly and monthly payrolls. Liaising with Managers to resolve issues within a bespoke rostering system. Assisting the Payroll Manager with projects. Taking inbound calls relating to payroll. Dealing with HMRC queries. Processing emails. Manual calculations relating to pay and annual leave.
