CMA Recruitment Group is partnering with an exciting brand based in Salisbury, Wiltshire, who are looking to hire a Management Accountant on a permanent basis. Working closely with the Financial Controller, who will act as a strong mentor figure for the successful candidate, this is an opportunity to take on a role that offers scope to progress over time.
What will the Management Accountant role involve?
- Support with the preparation of monthly management accounts;
- Assist with year-end reporting;
- Transactional accounting tasks when required;
- Cashflow forecasting and other budgeting exercises;
- Reconciliation of all control accounts in addition to group intercompany conciliations;
- Partner with commercial and operations teams to ensure financial information is communicated effectively;
- Additional ad hoc project work.
Suitable Candidate for the Management Accountant vacancy:
- The ideal candidate will be working towards their CIMA / ACCA studies;
- Some experience preparing trial balance, P&L and balance sheet is required;
- Manufacturing experience is beneficial but not essential.
