With the business entering an exciting period of strategic expansion over the next 3 to 5 years, this role will take ownership of day-to-day financial operations, controls and reporting, whilst leading the finance function through its next stage of evolution.
What will the Senior Group Financial Controller role involve?
- Full ownership of finance operations across the Group, leading the controls framework and ensuring consistent standards across all subsidiaries.
- Lead statutory reporting, audit and governance processes, providing high-quality management information to the Board and Audit & Risk Committee.
- Run the annual budgeting process and maintain rolling forecasts, ensuring strong forward visibility across performance, cash and working capital.
- Oversee working capital management and cashflow forecasting, supporting lender and shareholder obligations with robust financial insight.
- Lead Group tax compliance and planning, including corporation tax and VAT.
