The CMA HR Division are recruiting for an organisation with sites based across Dorset, to recruit an Interim HR Business Partner specialising in change projects, for a 2 year fixed term contract.
Working closely with the Senior Business Partner the aim of the role is to provide expertise to the leadership teams as they go through a large scale change programme.
What will Interim HR Business Partner role involve?
Change management including TUPE transfers and restructures
Cultural development and communication strategies
Implement learning strategies and programmes.
Support and manage the people co-ordinator
Suitable Candidate for Interim HR Business Partner vacancy:
Ideally CIPD level 7 or equivalent experience
Available to start at the beginning of April ideally
Good generalist HR with strong change experience, extensive employment law experience
Full drivers license for occasional travel across sites
