CMA Recruitment Group is exclusively supporting our Ferndown, Dorset client who is currently looking for a bookkeeper/office manager to join their team. This role is available due to their current bookkeeper retiring in April. You will be joining a close-knit team working side by side with the Directors. This is an all-rounded office manager position with a strong focus on bookkeeping and operational support.
Our client requires someone for around 25 hours per week and is open to how the hours look across the week, offering a salary of £35,000 full time equivalent. This role is 80% finance and 20% administration split.
What will the Bookkeeper role involve?- Managing all aspects of bookkeeping including monthly P&L reports and accruals and prepayments.
- Preparing accounts for year end.
- End to end purchase ledger.
- Monthly payroll for 10 employees.
- VAT and CIS returns.
- Fleet management.
- Ad hoc administration duties for the directors and office management.
- Bookkeeping experience.
- Confident working in standalone role, working independently and managing own workload.
- Experience working in a SME environment.
- Ideally available to start no later than Mid March.
- Confident system and excel user.
- Free parking.
