What will the Sales Ledger role involve:
- Prepare, generate, and issue sales invoices aligned with customer contracts and purchase orders
- Ensure all invoices are accurate, complete, and issued within deadlines
- Collaborate with internal teams to confirm billable activities and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain and update customer account information in the sales ledger
- Support month-end processes by completing invoicing and ledger entries
- Respond to customer queries regarding invoices, statements, or account balances
- Work closely with the credit control team to facilitate timely payments
