We are partnering with a well-established leisure organisation based in the historic city of Chichester to recruit a Part-Time HR Manager.

Working closely with senior leaders, you will provide both operational and strategic HR support, helping to shape people initiatives and foster a positive workplace culture.

What will the HR Manager role involve?

Providing expert HR guidance and support to operational managers across the organisation Leading on employee relations issues, ensuring constructive resolution and positive workplace culture Reviewing and developing HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and best practices Supporting key organisational and people initiatives to foster a high-performing environment Acting as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, contributing to strategic decision-making Suitable Candidate for the HR Manager vacancy: CIPD level 5 or equivalent, and experienced HR professional with a strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices Demonstrates the ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels Proactive and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting Strong communication skills with an approachable and professional manner Enthusiastic about contributing to organisational success and inspiring positive change Additional benefits and information for the role of HR Manager: 3 days per week Flexible working options to support work-life balance Opportunities for professional growth and career progression Supportive team environment with a focus on inclusion and diversity 25 days annual leave plus BH pro rata Staff discounts and complimentary tickets to external events £40,000 per annum pro rata CMA Recruitment Group is acting as a recruitment agency in relation to this role.
