The business operates across a national footprint, with a strong local presence and an inclusive, high-performance culture. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious HR Advisor to join a well-established, values-driven HR team supporting a diverse and dynamic workforce.

What will the HR Advisor role involve?

  • Provide generalist HR support to managers and employees across a range of business units.
  • Advise on all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including employee relations, performance management, and absence management.
  • Support recruitment activity, including advertising, shortlisting and coordinating interviews.
  • Lead on onboarding and induction processes to ensure a smooth new starter experience.
  • Support the implementation and communication of HR policies, procedures and engagement initiatives.
  • Coordinate and report on HR metrics and Payroll compliance.

Suitable candidate for the HR Advisor vacancy:

  • Previous experience in an HR Advisor or HR Officer role, ideally within professional services or a fast-paced, client-led environment.
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build strong working relationships across all levels.
  • Organised, proactive and detail-oriented, with a hands-on approach.
  • CIPD Level 5 (or working towards) preferred.
  • Comfortable handling sensitive situations with discretion and professionalism.
