Job Description CMA Executive is partnering with a highly successful international manufacturing business to appoint a Finance Director. Operating at circa £120m revenue, the organisation has built a strong reputation for quality, innovation and customer service across global markets. The opportunity has arisen following the promotion of the current Finance Director into a Managing Director role elsewhere within the wider group. As a result, the business is seeking an experienced finance leader who can build upon a strong platform and play a key role in shaping future performance and growth. Reporting to the Managing Director EMEA and forming part of the senior leadership team, the Finance Director will lead the finance function whilst partnering closely with operational and commercial stakeholders to drive business performance across the region. You will be a trusted adviser to the Managing Director, helping shape business strategy, support commercial decision-making and ensure the continued delivery of strong financial performance. Alongside responsibility for the full finance function, the role also provides leadership oversight of IT and significant exposure to international operations, including a global manufacturing and supply chain network. We are seeking a commercially minded and technically strong finance leader with a proven track record within an international manufacturing environment. You will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) and bring experience leading the complete finance function with full P&L responsibility within a business of comparable scale.
