An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Accounts Receivable Administrator to join an established services company located in Portsmouth, Hampshire. The work pattern will be Weds & Thurs 9am-3.30pm (1/2 hour lunch) & Fri 9am-4pm (1/2 hour lunch).
Working in a friendly, fast-paced environment, this temporary to permanent opportunity has arisen due to heavy workloads and will commence as soon as possible although candidates with a notice period are also encouraged to apply.
What will the Accounts Receivable role involve?
- Dealing with accounts receivable queries both internally and externally.
- Maintaining customer records.
- Setting up direct debits.
- Raising credit notes.
- Invoice distribution.
Suitable Candidate for the Accounts Receivable vacancy:
- Experience of working in accounts receivable.
- Able to work on Wednesday, Thursdays and Fridays.
