- Lead Group-wide budgeting, forecasting and management reporting
- Deliver monthly performance reviews and variance analysis to ELT and Board
- Support strategic planning and long-term modelling
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to guide capital allocation and growth decisions
- Identify key financial trends, risks and opportunities
- Enhance FP&A processes, automation and business intelligence capability
- Strengthen business partnering across international operations
- Partner with Treasury to drive sustainable working capital improvement
- Support acquisition analysis, integration and post-deal performance tracking
- Prepare high-impact reporting and presentations for Board and investor engagement
