- Ensure the production of accurate management accounts for multiple sites and detailed reporting as required by the business.
- Oversee the preparation of statutory accounts and successful completion of audits.
- Maintain compliance with all statutory and reporting requirements, including HMRC submissions.
- Drive continuous improvement and efficiency across the finance function and associated systems.
- Support a structured handover with the current Head of Finance, ensuring knowledge transfer and stability.
- Provide clear financial insight to the Finance Director, senior leadership, and non-finance stakeholders.
- Play a key role in shaping the ongoing financial strategy within a growing, commercially focused, values-driven organisation.
