As the FP&A Lead, you will work closely with the Finance Director to deliver financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and analysis that drives key decision-making. What will the FP&A Lead role involve? Partnering with the Finance Director on the annual budgeting process and preparing rolling forecasts to reflect business performance and market changes. Delivering detailed monthly management accounts and board reporting packs to guide strategic decisions. Designing and maintaining financial models to support scenario planning and sensitivity analysis. Collaborating with senior management and department heads to enhance understanding of performance metrics versus budget. Supporting the business in its e-commerce operations, including working with multi-currency transactions and inventory management. Suitable Candidate for the FP&A Lead vacancy: Advanced Excel skills with the ability to build and manage complex financial models. Proven experience in managing multi-currency transactions, particularly within a stock-based business.
