You’ll play a key role in supporting the planning, forecasting, and performance analysis for a significant business function. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will provide valuable insight to drive informed decision-making. What will the Finance Business Partner role involve?

Deliver accurate and timely financial analysis and reporting to support business decisions.
Lead monthly reporting cycles, forecasting, and capital planning processes.
Business partner with senior managers and directors, providing commercial insight and challenge.
Analyse performance drivers, identify risks and opportunities, and recommend improvements.

Suitable candidate for the Finance Business Partner vacancy:

Experienced in management reporting, planning, and performance analysis.
Comfortable working independently, with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills.
Commercially focused, able to add value through insight and recommendations.
Ideally a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA), but not essential.
