What will the Finance Business Partner role involve?

• Preparation of monthly management accounts.
• Conducting financial and data analysis to identify trends and key insights.
• Producing short-term financial forecasts.
• Performing variance analysis and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Calculating labour recovery rates and understanding contract profitability.
• Providing financial insights to operational teams and influencing decision-making.

Suitable Candidate for the Finance Business Partner vacancy:

• A background in management accounting.
• Strong Excel skills and the ability to work with large datasets.
• Experience in financial reporting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to partner effectively with operational teams.
• ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified.
• Experience in construction, maintenance, manufacturing, or a similar industry (preferred).
