CMA HR Division is partnering with an established organisation in Central Dorset to recruit an experienced Dayforce Systems Specialist for an initial 3-6 month contract.
What will the Dayforce HRIS Systems Specialist role involve?
- Improving Dayforce reporting and MI, particularly across WFM and timesheets
- Helping create accurate, granular operational reporting for managers
- Supporting the development of Power BI dashboards
- Troubleshooting Dayforce configuration, workflows and legacy system issues
- Resolving challenges across HR, payroll, absence, recruitment and employee self-service
- Working with the HR team to identify practical system improvements and solutions
Suitable Candidate for the role of Dayforce HRIS Systems Specialist
- Strong technical and functional knowledge of Dayforce
- Experience across WFM, timesheets and reporting
- Proven ability to troubleshoot Dayforce workflows and configuration
- Good understanding of HR and payroll processes and data
- Power BI experience would be advantageous
- Comfortable working independently and providing practical, hands-on solutions
