Job Description

CMA Recruitment Group are working with a successful, well established business based in central Southampton, Hampshire, to help them recruit a Credit Controller on permanent basis. \\n\\nWhat will the Credit Controller role involve?\\n\\nDaily credit control activity – debt chasing, query resolution, issuing copy invoices, statements, etc.\\nHandle submission/monitoring of bad debts to 3rd party collection agent as needed.\\nEnsure day to day recording of chase notes in monthly collections tracker.\\nEnsure the credit control mailbox is constantly maintained.\\nRaise interest invoices when appropriate.\\nAdministration of electronic billing in accordance with payer guidelines.\\nTroubleshooting/resolving electronic billing problems.\\nSuitable candidate for the Credit Controller vacancy:\\n\\nPrevious accounts receivable experience including credit control.\\nStrong interpersonal skills with a professional approach.\\nGood level of excel (V look ups, Formulas, Sum-ifs).\\nStrong attention to detail.\\nAdditional information and benefits for the Credit Controller vacancy:\\n\\nFlexible working (9-5 standard hours).\\nWorking from home 2 days a week.\\n25 days holiday (increasing 27 days).\\nSalary dependent on experience.\\nBupa Healthcare.\\nCMA Recruitment Group is acting as a recruitment agency in relation to this role.
