What will the Senior Finance Manager role involve?
Providing strategic leadership for finance functions across UK and international operations, ensuring robust financial control and commercial insights
Overseeing month-end processes, management reporting, and budgeting to support operational and strategic decision-making
Building strong relationships with operational teams and senior management to enable effective financial strategic decision making
Driving process improvements and implementing best practices across financial reporting, control, and compliance
Supporting business growth through insightful analysis of profitability, cost management and investment opportunities
Suitable Candidate for the Senior Finance Manager vacancy:
Qualified accountant with substantial post-qualification experience in finance management or senior accounting roles
Demonstrates strong leadership skills and experience managing finance teams with a focus on development and review
Proven ability to deliver accurate financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting in complex, multi-site environments
Commercially aware, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and translate financial data into actionable insights
Proficient in ERP systems, Excel, and reporting tools, with a good understanding of management accounting principles
