What will the Finance Business Partner role involve?
- Support budgeting, forecasting and reforecasting processes across assigned business areas
- Partner with operational stakeholders to provide financial insight, challenge and decision support
- Produce P&L analysis, variance commentary and performance reporting on a regular basis
- Track costs, productivity and key performance drivers, highlighting risks and opportunities
- Support the development and maintenance of financial models and forecasts
- Contribute to the preparation of management reporting and KPI dashboards
- Ensure financial data is accurate, well understood and clearly communicated
Suitable Candidate for the Finance Business Partner role:
- Proven experience in a finance business partnering or commercial finance role, working closely with non-finance stakeholders
- Confident communicator who enjoys delving deep into the detail, asking questions and improving business understanding
- Qualified (ACCA, CIMA or ACA)
