What will the HR Coordinator role involve?

  • Maintaining accurate employee records and supporting day-to-day HR administration
  • Coordinating recruitment activities, onboarding and employee wellbeing initiatives
  • Supporting the management and renewal of environmental and sustainability accreditations, including ISO 14001 and FuturePlus
  • Assisting with environmental reporting requirements, including carbon emissions and packaging waste data
  • Monitoring and reporting on sustainability KPIs to support continuous improvement initiatives
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders and external partners to support compliance and promote sustainable business practices

Suitable Candidate for the role of HR Coordinator:

  • Previous experience within HR coordination is essential
  • Strong organisational skills, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Professional and discreet when handling confidential information
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective working relationships
  • CIPD Level 3 qualified, or keen to work towards it
  • An interest in sustainability, environmental compliance or ESG initiatives would be advantageous

Salary & Benefits for the role of HR Coordinator:

  • £32,000 FTE (pro rata) - dependent on experience
  • Part-time hours (15 hours per week)
