Are you an experienced HR Advisor looking to join a growing manufacturing business where you can genuinely make an impact? Our client is an ambitious organisation with a current workforce of c100 employees and clear plans to almost triple in size over the next 2–3 years. What will the HR Advisor role involve?
- Providing hands-on HR support to managers and employees across employee relations, case management, and policy implementation
- Advising on HR best practice and ensuring compliance with UK employment legislation in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Supporting recruitment activity and onboarding processes aligned with business growth plans
- Acting as a trusted HR partner to managers, helping to shape a positive and inclusive workplace culture
- Contributing to employee engagement initiatives and ongoing HR process improvements
About you for the HR Advisor position:
- Proven experience in an HR Advisor or similar role, ideally within a manufacturing or operational environment
- Strong working knowledge of UK employment law and confidence handling employee relations matters end to end
- CIPD Level 3 or Level 5 qualified (or actively working towards)
- Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- A collaborative, proactive approach with a genuine interest in supporting people and business growth
