What will the Purchase Ledger role involve?
- Processing high volumes of invoices accurately and efficiently
- Matching and processing purchase orders (POs)
- Performing supplier statement reconciliations
- Managing and resolving supplier queries promptly
- Setting up and preparing weekly payment runs
- Processing employee expenses
- Monitoring and maintaining the accounts payable inbox
Suitable Candidate for the Purchase Ledger Assistant vacancy:
- Previous experience in similar accounts payable or purchase ledger role
