What will the Assistant Accountant role involve?

  • Maintaining accurate rent schedules and issuing invoices for tenants across a sizeable portfolio.

  • Preparing annual service charge accounts, with the opportunity to support the transition to quarterly or six-month cycles (full training provided).

  • Working within the company’s property management system (Qube), with training provided where needed.
  • Collaborating closely with the Finance Director and wider finance team to ensure smooth month-end processes.
