Role Responsibilities
- Support the month‑end accounting cycle, ensuring accurate and timely closing of financial periods.
- Maintain and reconcile the general ledger, fixed asset register, and related accounts.
- Assist with statutory reporting and audit processes, providing clear documentation and insights.
- Analyse financial data and prepare reports and commentary to inform decision‑making across the organisation.
- Partner with operational teams to enhance financial processes, supporting automation and controls.
Candidate Requirements
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with previous experience in finance teams.
- Qualified or Part‑Qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA).
- Excellent communication and ability to build relationships across organisational levels.
- Proactive, meticulous, and capable of working independently under pressure, with a positive, collaborative attitude.
