CMA is currently working with a sizeable business who are looking to appoint an Accounts Receivable Officer. My client is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer, as part their continuing growth plans. This is an exciting opportunity for those with an ambition to progress. You will raise accurate customer invoices, reconcile AR ledger for invoice discounting provider, ensure timely customer payments and account statements. What will the Accounts Receivable Officer role involve? Daily management of invoice financing notifications – accurate and timely invoices to customers; Responsibility for managing the company debtor list and credit control and proactively manage risk for collection of receivables; Ensuring timely payment of customer invoices; Daily reporting to the Directors of the company’s current forecast, cash position; Raising Pro-forma invoices and preparing statements as necessary; Raising credit notes as necessary; Maintaining and managing customer credit limits as laid out by the company’s credit insurer and calculating credit availability for sales orders; Preparing overseas invoice schedules for VAT purposes; Maintenance of the company’s stop list in liaison with the Financial Director; Undertaking monthly invoice financing reconciliation.
