Multi-national Business Services Group based in London has an opportunity for an experienced Accounts Receivable Manager to undertake the day to day responsibilities for the AR function whilst the business navigates a period of finance transformation and change. What will the Accounts Receivable Manager role involve? Reporting to the current incumbent, the main responsibilities of the position will include: Assist in leading and developing the Accounts Receivable team to enhance their skills and productivity. Oversee reconciliations of the B2B & Customer Accounts, ticket liability, payments, bank, and credit card accounts. Generate and analyse accounts receivable aging reports to identify and address overdue accounts. Continuously review and enhance accounts receivable processes to increase efficiency and accuracy. Drive the month-end-close processes for the AR team, including posting journals and balance sheet reconciliations. Help to develop and implement effective collections strategies to reduce outstanding receivables. Suitable Candidate for the Accounts Receivable vacancy: Applicants for the Accounts Receivable Manager will have previous experience of working within a similar position with strong IT experience and the ability to analyse and report large data sets. Excellent communication skills will be essential to undertake the role successfully as will a positive and ‘can-do attitude’. Experience of working within a large complex, international organisation would be highly advantageous. Additional benefits and information for the role of Accounts Receivable Manager: The role will be offered on a hybrid working basis with the successful applicant expected to attend the London office two days a month although more regular travel may be required in the initial induction period.
