What will the Interim Finance Manager role involve?
- Overseeing the day-to-day financial operations and ensuring accurate reporting during the interim period
- Supporting the development and review of financial strategies and forecasts
- Managing stakeholders internally and externally to ensure compliance and alignment with business objectives
- Leading core financial projects to improve reporting processes and operational efficiencies
- Assisting with year-end processes and annual reporting;
- Overseeing and supporting an Accounts Assistant.
Suitable candidate for the Interim Finance Manager vacancy:
- Proven experience operating in a finance leadership role within a similar industry or sector
- Strong technical accounting knowledge and experience in financial reporting and control
- Capable of managing multiple priorities with good stakeholder management skills
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment
- Evidence of delivering initiatives that improve financial processes or reporting clarity
