- Professional qualifications such as ACT, AMCT, ACA, ACCA, or CIMA
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on cash flow forecasting, variance analysis, and covenant reporting
- Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation skills, and experience working with financial institutions or parent companies
