What will the Finance Business Partner role involve?
- Acting as a key finance link for operational contracts, providing strategic insights and financial analysis to influence decision-making.
- Developing strong relationships with operational managers and site teams, combining commercial acumen with a practical understanding of the business needs.
- Leading financial reporting processes including management accounts, forecasts, and variance analysis, ensuring timeliness and accuracy to support business performance.
- Managing working capital, balance sheet reconciliations, and co-ordinating internal controls to mitigate financial risks.
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives by analysing financial data and driving operational efficiencies.
Suitable Candidate for the Finance Business Partner vacancy:
- Hold a professional accountancy qualification (CIMA, ACA, or ACCA).
- Demonstrate proven experience in business partnering within the construction industry or related sectors.
