We are recruiting a Technical Non Production Manager to lead and manage all non productive functions within our Technical Services operation. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the smooth, compliant, and efficient running of the technical department, supporting both internal teams and client service delivery. You will take ownership of key operational support areas including parts, warranty, arrivals and de fleets, transporter diary management, stock control, reporting, and data management. Alongside this, you will lead, develop, and performance manage a dedicated non productive team, ensuring service levels, quality, and accuracy are consistently achieved.

Reporting onto the Regional General Manager for Technical Services Team, you will be responsible for:

  • Lead and manage all non-productive technical functions, supporting the wider technical operation
  • Ensure services are delivered in line with client contracts and service level agreements
  • Manage and control work in progress (WIP) across internal teams, third-party suppliers, and off-site dealer services
  • Take ownership of the parts department
