Following the award of a major new e‑commerce contract, CEVA Logistics are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Warehouse Administrator to join our growing team. This role is key to ensuring the accurate and efficient administration of inbound, outbound and internal warehouse operations. This is a varied role that combines administration with operational support. Successful candidates must be flexible and willing to undertake additional warehouse duties when required, including warehouse operative tasks, inventory activities, problem‑solving and other operational support functions.

- Monday to Friday, 14:00 – 22:00
- Monday to Friday, 22:00 – 06:00
- Sunday to Thursday, 06:00 – 14:00
- Sunday to Thursday, 14:00 – 22:00
- Tuesday to Saturday, 06:00 – 14:00
- Tuesday to Saturday, 14:00 – 22:00

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
- Prepare and process shipping documentation, including manifests, dispatch paperwork and customer‑specific documents.
- Ensure all inbound and outbound shipments are accurately recorded within warehouse systems.
- Investigate and resolve system discrepancies.
- Maintain shift reports, logs, trackers and compliance documentation.
- Support planning for additional transport requirements during peak activity.
- Ensure all documentation complies with company, customer and regulatory requirements.
- Support incident reporting, damage investigations and compliance audits.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Previous administration experience within a warehouse, logistics or supply chain environment.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
- Confident using warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage competing priorities.
- Flexible approach with a willingness to support operational activities across the warehouse.
