YOUR ROLE
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Operative to support our distribution operations and improve inventory rotation at our London Skyline (TW14 8NT) site. This is a hands‑on role that plays a crucial part in ensuring our customers receive the right products, on time, every time. The role will be dedicated to the PM Shift, working Monday to Friday 2pm-10pm with an earning potential of up to £30,000 per annum (£14.42phr) for the right individual. Due to the nature of the role and customer security clearance it is essential for the successful candidate to have resided in the UK for a minimum of 5 years.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
- Accurately pick and pack goods for dispatch.
- Ensure correct shipments are received and processed.
- Support inbound and outbound goods handling and stock activities.
- Support management with customer emails and WMS actions.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised warehouse environment.
- Contribute to a high performing and engaged team.
- Support the team with any additional ad‑hoc activities.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
To be successful in your application you will be able to demonstrate strong attention to detail with previous warehousing or pick and pack experience, this would be ideal, but not essential. You will have a proactive and can‑do attitude with the ability to work within a team and on your own. A valid Forklift and Reach Truck license would be preferred, however not essential and training would be provided. This is a great opportunity for a practiced operator or someone who wants to start their career in the Supply Chain and Logistics industry.
