YOUR ROLE
We are offering an exciting opportunity to join our Bristol transport operation as a Supply Chain Management Degree Apprentice. This is a hands-on role designed for someone who wants to build a professional career in logistics. Our Bristol site is a fast-moving, 24/5 transport hub. As part of the apprenticeship, you will rotate across all key operational areas and gain real experience of how a logistics operation works, from planning and service delivery through to night-shift loading and dispatch.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
Throughout your 4-year Degree Apprenticeship you will gain knowledge, hands-on experience and exposure to all areas of a warehousing operation. You will work across different shifts, giving you a full understanding of how volume moves through the network and how different teams work together to deliver for customers.
- Studying part time at Aston University whilst gaining relevant experience in the logistics industry.
- You will receive access to benefits including discounts and holiday buy schemes.
- You will start with 26 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
- You will work with a supportive and knowledgeable team who will help and guide you.
- Your apprenticeship is a fully funded 4-year degree in Supply Chain and Logistics, and you will be awarded a full honours degree at the end.

- A starting salary of £25,500 per annum (subject to change in line with NMW).

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Interested in logistics, transport and operations.

- Willing to work across day, afternoon and night shifts.
- Motivated to build a long-term career in supply chain.
In order to be accepted onto the apprenticeship, you must have achieved a minimum of 2 GCSE's grade C/4 or above in Maths and English and have a minimum of 3 A Levels (equivalent to 96 UCAS points). Applications close first week of February.
