YOUR ROLE As HR Administrator within the UK HR Shared Services team, you will be a people-focused HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys making a positive impact across the full employee lifecycle, including Talent Acquisition, onboarding, Learning & Development, Benefits, HRIS and Reporting as well as employee engagement and wellbeing, Working closely with employees, managers and key stakeholders, you will play a vital role in ensuring a smooth, responsive and professional HR service that supports our people and helps deliver an excellent employee experience.
- WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Provide broad HR and payroll administration support across the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, internal moves, contractual changes, benefits, learning and development, and offboarding.
- Maintain accurate employee records, documentation and HR systems, ensuring information is completed, retained and archived in line with company policy, GDPR and wider compliance requirements.
- Act as a first point of contact for employee and manager queries, providing timely support through the HR mailbox, telephone, Microsoft Teams and face-to-face communication.
- Support payroll preparation, monthly validation, data checking, reporting and analysis to ensure employee and payroll information remains accurate and up to date.
- Provide administrative and documentation support for employee relations matters, policy guidance, HR audits and compliance checks.
