Responsibilities

  • Manage the end‑to‑end delivery of projects across internal technology, business transformation, and operations workstreams and external partner enablement initiatives.
  • Coordinate project plans, timelines, and resources to ensure successful execution.
  • Manage the delivery of technology, product, SEO, marketing, and business readiness activities for partner integrations.
  • Drive clear communication and alignment across cross‑functional teams.
  • Build strong, collaborative relationships with external partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Monitor progress, manage risks, and escalate issues where necessary.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for visibility and accountability.
  • Contribute to development and refinement of delivery processes and best practices.
  • Deliver projects on time, within scope, and to agreed quality standards.
  • Ensure smooth coordination between teams and operational readiness post‑delivery.
  • Manage dependencies and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Provide regular updates and reporting on progress, KPIs, and outcomes.
  • Act as a role model for demonstrating best‑in‑class project management and service standards across the organisation.

Qualifications

  • 3 to 5+ years of experience in project management working with technology, SaaS, or digital.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects in fast‑paced, complex settings.
  • Full project lifecycle experience.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with confidence in externally facing roles.
  • High social and emotional intelligence, with a service‑oriented mindset.
  • Pragmatic and solutions‑focused, with the ability to keep the big picture in mind.
  • Comfortable working within an evolving environment, shaping delivery approaches to fit the business context.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Asana, or MS Project.
  • Good understanding of project management methodologies and frameworks.
