An exciting opportunity has arisen for a commercially minded Digital Marketing Executive to join an established and growing business based in the Birmingham area. This role will be responsible for delivering campaigns across multiple digital channels and drive continuous improvement including the reporting of digital marketing activity, working closely with internal departments and external partners to maximise customer acquisition, engagement and conversion. This role offers a salary up to £35,000 dependent on experience and will be working on a hybrid basis.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimise digital marketing campaigns across PPC, Paid Social, SEO and Affiliate Marketing.
  • Develop and refine targeting strategies, including keyword optimisation, audience segmentation and remarketing.
  • Monitor campaign performance and implement improvements to maximise ROI.
  • Ensure campaigns are delivered accurately on time and within agreed budgets.
  • Build effective relationships with external agency partners to drive campaign performance.

Skills:

  • Proven hands-on experience managing and optimising PPC, Paid Social, SEO and Affiliate Marketing campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using reporting platforms to make decisions.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage a busy workload.
