Website Manager – Travel Industry An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Website Manager to join this successful, dynamic travel company. This newly created role offers the chance to lead the strategic direction, technical management, and ongoing enhancement of its customer-facing website across desktop and mobile platforms. This pivotal role ensures the site remains high-performing, secure, and fully optimised for user experience and compliance. This is a permanent position based in central Brighton, Monday to Friday, hybrid working. Salary of £35,000–£45,000 depending on experience. Website Manager – Role & Responsibilities: Working closely with the Digital Marketing Manager, the Website Manager will play a key role in improving SEO performance and refining the customer journey. Acting as the central point of contact between internal teams, developers, and technical partners, the role blends hands-on technical execution with strategic oversight to drive digital growth. Core responsibilities include optimising website performance, managing third-party integrations and APIs, overseeing tracking infrastructure, leading UX and CRO initiatives, and ensuring GDPR and cybersecurity compliance.
