Travel Consultant required for a well-established travel company booking holidays to destinations such as Dubai, Far East and Indian Ocean. The role requires excellent customer service skills as you will be responsible for the entire journey from initial enquiry through to post trip communication. The role is office based in London and has a salary of up to 31,000 plus commission, bonus and company benefits such as travel allowance.
Responsibilities:
- Excellent customer service skills via telephone and email
- Handle customer queries and after sales requests
- Ability to form relationships with both customers and suppliers
- Ensure all forms of contact with the customer are handled efficiently to ensure service levels are achieved and KPI's met
- Be able to manage and solve any disruptions or cancellations
Experience required:
- Experience of working in travel sales, customer service or aftersales within the travel industry
- Widely travelled with a passion for destinations such as Dubai, Far East and Indian Ocean
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Customer focused approach and drive to exceed customer expectations

- 40 hour working week on a shift pattern including some hybrid working
