Role and Responsibilities

  • Create bespoke ski holidays tailored to each customer’s preferences

  • Building strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat bookings and referrals
  • Keeping up to date with product knowledge, resort developments and industry trends

Skills and Experience Required

  • Previous experience in travel sales, ski travel or a customer‑facing role (preferred but not essential)
