Our client is seeking a motivated and organised Travel Consultant to join their team. You will work closely with group leaders to design and manage bespoke package tours, ensuring every element of the journey runs smoothly — from initial enquiry through to their return home. This is a Monday-Friday role based in their offices in Borough Green in Kent and comes with a generous salary of up to £35,000 dependent on experience.

Travel Consultant Responsibilities:
Liaise directly with group leaders to understand their travel requirements and build tailor-made tour packages.
Make and manage bookings for flights, hotels, coaches, and transfers.
Prepare detailed travel itineraries and documentation.
Maintain accurate booking and client records using our inhouse system, as well as working with Excel and Outlook.
Work closely with suppliers to confirm arrangements and ensure quality service.
Work and support the wider operations team with general travel administration.
Travel Consultant Skills & Experience:
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Proficiency in Excel and Outlook is essential.
Previous experience in the travel industry is an advantage but not essential.
Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure during busy periods.
A friendly, professional approach and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
