Trade Sales Executive. Exciting Opportunity to become a Trade Sales Executive for one of the most prestigious luxury travel brands in the industry. We are looking for a sociable travel sales-person who would love to use their passion and energy to grow relationships with travel agents; meeting up with them both virtually and physically across the North of the country. Salary 28K, plus company car and all expenses. Trade Sales Executive Responsibilities: Facilitate educational sessions in both virtual formats and face-to-face environments to expand trade expertise and align with frontline travel sales people. Take part in and lead various initiatives designed for agent interaction, including informal gatherings with home-based agents and other relevant training sessions in coordination with the National Trade Sales Manager and trade partners, such as hotel groups, tourist boards, etc Oversee the operation and upkeep of the active Facebook profile and WhatsApp communications groups. Ensure brand visibility across Facebook groups which are managed by trade partners, such the travel home-worker companies and travel agency multiples and miniples. Join and represent the brand at industry-facing events hosted by trade publications, associations and other networks to cultivate professional connections. Participate in select travel industry forums and gatherings as required, including supporting overseas familiarisation trips. Play a key role in enhancing brand awareness while supporting Senior Leadership to achieve annual financial targets. Essential that you’re flexible to travel around the North of the country (not every day, but often 3 days per week) Strong Communicator - perfect for a Sociable, Friendly person who enjoys meeting lots of different people. Good Commercial Sense and travel industry knowledge.
