Are you passionate about travel and customer service? This leading independent travel company are looking for an enthusiastic Tailormade Reservations consultant to join their dynamic team. The primary role is quoting, booking and operational management of all FIT business.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Manage booking requests, securing availability from contracted partners
- Negotiate with uncontracted suppliers
- Meet monthly targets
Skills and Experience Required:
- Experience in travel reservations, hotel group or tour operator preferred
- Proficient in using Word, Excel and PowerPoint and a knowledge of Tourplan
- An understanding of allocation and freesale preferred
Key Benefits:
- Salary up to £28,000 depending on experience
- Monday to Friday 0930 – 1800
- Hybrid working after six months
